答：昨天，中国国家主席习近平和俄罗斯总统普京在索契举行了今年以来的首次会晤。两国元首在亲密友好务实的气氛中，全面总结了过去一年中俄关系发展形势及取得的重要成果，对新的一年两国合作作出战略规划和部署，就加强双方在重大国际和地区问题上的战略协作达成重要共识。

A: Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Putin held their first meeting this year in Sochi yesterday. In a cordial, friendly and practical atmosphere, the two presidents made an overall review of the development and important achievements of bilateral relations last year, drew up strategic plans for bilateral cooperation in the new year and reached important agreement on enhancing bilateral coordination on major regional and international issues.

习近平主席祝愿俄罗斯成功举办索契冬奥会，希望中俄两国运动员在本次冬奥会上都取得佳绩。普京总统对习近平主席出席索契冬奥会表示感谢和热烈欢迎，祝愿习主席和中国人民新春快乐，祝中国运动员取得好成绩。

习近平主席指出，中俄双方应当珍惜中俄关系发展的良好局面，在新的一年里共同努力，推动两国关系继续向前发展。习主席强调，中俄要继续深挖巨大潜力，培育新的合作增长点，顺利推进战略性大项目合作，如期实施俄方向中方增供原油和天然气、扩建输油管道、建设合资炼油厂等项目，扩大核能、电力、煤炭等领域的合作。中方欢迎俄方参与丝绸之路经济带和海上丝绸之路建设，使之成为两国全面战略协作伙伴关系发展的新平台。习主席还指出，中俄在重大国际和地区问题上密切协作，特别是在近期共同参加了叙利亚化武海上运输的护航行动。中俄双方今后应就重大国际地区问题继续保持磋商与合作，共同维护世界及地区的和平、安全、稳定。

President Xi pointed out the need for the two countries to cherish the good shape of bilateral ties and further advance the relationship through concerted efforts in the new year. President Xi underlined that China and Russia should continue to tap into huge potential and foster new growth areas for cooperation, press ahead with cooperation on major strategic projects, implement as scheduled such programs as the supply of crude oil and natural gas by Russia to China, the expansion of oil pipelines and the building of co-funded oil refinery, and scale up cooperation in nuclear energy, electricity and coal. China welcomes Russia's participation in the building of the silk road economic belt and the maritime silk road so as to turn the two initiatives into new platforms for the growth of bilateral comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination. President Xi also said that China and Russia had worked closely on major regional and international issues, particularly in the recent escort mission for Syrian chemical weapons. Going forward, China and Russia should continue their consultation and cooperation on major regional and international issues to jointly uphold regional and world peace, security and stability.
