中国致力于维护网络空间的安全、稳定与繁荣，积极参与联合国等多边进程，推动网络空间国际规则制定。今年6月，中国与联合国合办网络安全国际研讨会，提出国际社会在网络空间应遵循和平、主权、共治、普惠原则。中方积极参与新一届联合国信息安全政府专家组会议及联合国互联网治理论坛，向联合国网络犯罪问题政府专家组捐款20万美元。

China is dedicated to preserving the security, stability and prosperity of the cyberspace, and has actively participated in the UN and other multilateral processes to promote international regulations governing cyberspace. In June this year, China co-hosted an international workshop on information and cyber security in cooperation with the UN, and proposed that principles of peace, sovereignty, co-governance and universal benefit should be observed in the cyber space. China actively participates in the work of the current UN Group of Governmental Experts on Information Security and the UN Internet Governance Forum. China also donated 200,000 US dollars to the UN GGE on Cyber Crime.

中国一贯主张和平利用外空，反对外空武器化和外空军备竞赛。今年6月，中国与俄罗斯联合向裁谈会提交了“防止在外空放置武器、对外空物体使用或威胁使用武力条约”更新草案。中方欢迎各方积极参与讨论，尽早以此为基础在裁谈会启动条约谈判。中方还建设性参加了“国际外空行为准则”多边磋商。

China stands for the peaceful uses of outer space, and is against the weaponization of or an arms race in outer space. In June, China and Russia jointly submitted to the CD an updated draft of “Treaty on the Prevention of the Placement of Weapons in Outer Space, and of the Threat or Use of Force against Outer Space Objects” (PPWT). We welcome the participation of all parties in the discussion and look forward to an early start of negotiation in the CD on the basis of this updated draft. China also participated in the multilateral consultations on a draft International Code of Conduct for Outer Space Activities (ICOC) in a constructive manner.
