b. 数批货物由同一艘船只装运，并且同一航程，即使写明巳装上船的几份提单的日期都不一样，也不能视为分批装运。

Shipments made on the same ship and for the same voyage, even if the Bills of Lading evidencing shipment on board bear different dates, will not be regarded as partial shipments.

c. 季度会计报表和年度会计报告应分别报送：主管财政部门，当地税务机关，企业主管部门和投资人。

Quarterly accounting statements and annual accounting reports shall be filed separately with: (a) the regulatory finance department; (b) the local taxation authority; (c) the regulatory department of the particular industry; and (d) the investors.

(四）原文有主动者时译成主动句

原文有主动者时，一般都要改变句型，用主动者作主语，译成主动句，例如：

If a letter of credit is not used by the beneficiary, it may 

       主语                                         主动者

be returned to the applicant for cancellation.

如果收益人没有使用信用证，可以（将其）退还给开证人 

       主语              宾语 

去注销。

上面这个被动句，如果照原来的语序译成“如果一个信用证没有被受益人使用，它可以被退还给开证人注销”就非常别扭， 不仅不符合汉语习惯，而且还多了四个字。

(五）使用无主句

英语句子里未出现主动者而评成汉语时又无法补充出或者没有必要补充出来时，可以用无主句或者省去主语的方式来处理，例如： 

a. You are requested to look into the matter and give us an early reply.

(我们）请你们查明此事并早曰答复（我们）。（不必 补出主动者“我们”，否则显得累赘）

b. Where an unconfirmed letter of credit is established, the advising bank is requested to notify it to the beneficiary without adding their confirmation thereto.

如果开立的是未保兑信用证，要求通知行通知受益人时，不要加上自己的保兑。（略去“开证行”用 “自己”代替）
