在此框架下，中国将做好2015年同南盟的合作规划，全面落实各项合作承诺。中方愿继续落实好中国外交部与南盟秘书处定期交流机制，努力将中国—南亚博览会、中国—南亚商务论坛、中国—南亚国家友好组织论坛打造成中国—南盟合作的重要平台，办好2015年南亚高级外交官代表团访华、南亚国家政党干部研修班、促进南亚国家对华出口研讨会、中国—南亚智库战略对话、南盟国家广播电视记者制片人主持人交流活动等一系列合作项目。

China will make sound plans for cooperation with SAARC in 2015 under this framework, and fully deliver on the various cooperation commitments. China will effectually implement the regular exchange program between the Chinese Foreign Ministry and the SAARC Secretariat, work to build the China-South Asia Expo, the China-South Asia Business Forum and the China-South Asia Friendship Organizations’ Forum into important platforms for China-SAARC cooperation. China will do its best to ensure the success of a series of cooperation projects in 2015, including the Group of South Asian Countries’ Senior Diplomats Visiting China, the Seminar for Cadres from South Asian Political Parties, the symposium for promoting South Asian countries’ exports to China, the China-South Asia thinktank strategic dialogue and the exchange program for SAARC countries’ radio and TV journalists, producers and hosts.

为支持南盟发展，中方决定今年再向南盟发展基金捐款55万美元。今后，中方还会继续为南盟的建设与发展提供支持和帮助。

In support of SAARC capacity-building, China has decided to donate another US$550,000 to the SAARC Development Fund this year. China will continue to provide support and assistance to SAARC for its continued building up and development.

本届峰会的主题是“深化地区一体化，实现和平与繁荣”。中国是区域合作的坚定倡导者、参与者和推动者。去年以来，中方陆续提出丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路、中国—东盟命运共同体、中巴经济走廊、孟中印缅经济走廊、亚洲基础设施投资银行等地区合作倡议，并宣布出资400亿美元设立丝路基金。我们希望通过这些倡议，推动周边各国携手深化务实合作，在开放中融合，在融合中发展。南亚是中国重要的邻居，欢迎南亚各国积极参与这些倡议，实现区域内政策沟通、道路联通、贸易畅通、货币流通、民心相通。

The theme of this Summit of SAARC is “Deeper Integration for Peace and Prosperity”. China firmly advocates, participates in and promotes regional cooperation. Since last year, China has put forward a host of regional cooperation initiatives including Economic Belt of Silk Road, 21st century maritime silk Road, Community of common destiny between China and ASEAN, China-Pakistan economic corridor, the BCIM (Bangladesh, China, India, and Myanmar) Economic Corridor and the Asian Infrastructure Development Bank, and announced recently the establishment of a US$40 billion Silk Road Fund. We hope that these initiatives can help facilitate the joint efforts of all of our neighboring countries to deepen practical cooperation, promote integration through opening-up and advance development amidst integration. We welcome the active participation of South Asian countries in these initiatives to bolster the connectivity of policy, road, trade, currency and people in this region.
