中方设立了350亿美元一揽子融资安排、300亿美元中拉产能合作基金、30亿美元中国—加勒比合作基金等对拉金融合作机制，为中拉经贸合作提供了重要的融资支持，巴方可积极申请并早日利用。巴方海洋和渔业资源丰富，对华贸易潜力巨大并有待挖掘。中国鼓励开展金融合作的政策对及巴金融服务业也是重大利好。

China has set up a $35 billion package of financing arrangements, a $30 billion special fund for China-Latin America production capacity cooperation, a $3 billion China-Caribbean Cooperation Fund and other financial cooperation mechanisms for Latin America, to provide important financing support for China-Latin America economic and trade cooperation. 近年来，中巴人文交流持续扩大，增进了两国人民的相互理解。中方增加政府奖学金名额、扩大人员培训、鼓励旅游业发展等为巴吸引中国游客来巴、巴公民赴华学习培训提供了更多机会。
