China will advance multi-polarization, promote democracy in international relations and global governance reform, and enhance the representation and voice of developing countries. China encourages and supports Latin American and Caribbean regional and sub-regional organizations to play an important role in regional and international affairs.

对于巴哈马来说，此次中拉政策文件是巴方加强与中国务实合作和发展全面关系的重要机遇。巴哈马有着丰富的旅游资源，而中国是巨大的潜在市场。巴政府部门和旅游企业加强对华旅游资源和产品推介，出台更多旅游便利化政策，推动两国直航，必将吸引更多中国人来巴旅游。

For The Bahamas, the second policy paper means an important opportunity to strengthen practical cooperation and comprehensive relationship with China. The Bahamas has rich tourism resources, and China is a huge potential market. The Bahamian government and tourism enterprises should strengthen tourism resources and products promotion to China, and introduce more tourism facilitation policies, promote direct flights between the two countries, and these will surely attract more Chinese people to travel to The Bahamas.

巴方需要升级基础设施，中方在基础设施建设领域有优势。中方愿意支持有实力的中国企业参与巴哈马重大基础设施建设，鼓励使用更多巴员工、材料和建立维修服务基地，为巴经济发展提供坚实基础。

The Bahamas needs to upgrade its infrastructure, and China has an advantage in the field of infrastructure construction.
