我认为，在一带一路倡议下，中密两国在交通基础设施领域的合作前景十分广阔。中国将继续致力于支持密联邦交通基础设施发展，推动这一领域及其他各领域合作上一个更高水平。中铁14局集团是中国国有大型建筑企业，既有很强的资质和实力，也有在亚洲、非洲、大洋洲开展援助项目的丰富经验。我相信，他们将不辱使命，按时、按要求、保质保量地完成二级公路项目，向密克罗尼西亚联邦政府和人民交上一份满意的答卷。

I therefore see great prospect for China-FSM cooperation in transportation infrastructure development under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative. China will continue to support the development of transportation infrastructure in the FSM, bring our cooperation in this sector and other fields to a higher level. China Railway 14 Bureau Group is a large state-owned construction enterprise in China. It has not only strong qualifications and strength, but also rich experience in developing assistance projects in Asia, Africa and the Pacific Areas. I believe that, they will fulfill its mission, complete the project in time and with high quality, and deliver to the government and people of the FSM a quality final product.

　　今年是中密建交30周年。除波纳佩州二级公路和卡玛桥改造项目外，波纳佩州政府大楼修缮、丘克公路等多个项目和一系列人文交流活动正在积极推进中，必将为庆祝中密建交30周年增光添彩。中方愿与密方齐心协力，携手共进，不断充实中密全面战略伙伴关系内涵，共商共建共享“一带一路”，共同推动构建人类命运共同体，共同创造两国关系新的美好明天。

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the FSM. In addition to this Secondary Road project and Kahmar Bridge project in Pohnpei, there're a number of other aid projects like the Pohnpei Government Building Renovation and the Chuuk Road project, together with a series of people-to-people exchanges, planned for the celebration of the 30th anniversary. China is willing to work side by side with the FSM to enrich the implications of our Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, to pursue the Belt and Road Initiative by holding fast to the principle of achieving shared growth through discussion and collaboration, and to jointly promote the building of the Community with a Shared Future for the Humanity, to the end of creating a brighter future for the people of our two countries.
