新形势下，中国和东盟国家正日益成为利益共同体、责任共同体和命运共同体。正如东盟盟歌所唱，“以和平为起点，以繁荣为目标，我们敢于梦想，我们乐于分享”。加强中国东盟战略伙伴关系，促进共同繁荣，维护亚洲和平稳定，是我们不懈的奋斗目标。回顾过去10年，我们充满自豪。展望未来10年，我们满怀信心。只要我们把准方向，加强合作，妥处分歧，就一定能迎来中国东盟关系更加美好的未来，一定能够实现我们各自国家和人民对未来的美好梦想，也一定能够实现亚洲地区持久和平、共同繁荣的美好梦想！

In this new era, China and ASEAN countries are growing into a community of common destiny with intertwined interests and shared responsibilities. As aptly put by the ASEAN anthem, “For peace, our goal from the very start, and prosperity to last. We dare to dream, we care to share.” It is our common goal to strengthen the strategic partnership, promote common prosperity and uphold Asia’s peace and stability. Looking back, we are deeply proud of what we have achieved in the past decade; looking ahead, we are fully confident about what we can achieve in the next ten years. I am convinced that as long as we keep to the right direction, enhance cooperation and properly handle differences, we will be able to build a brighter future for China-ASEAN relations, and fulfill the dreams of our respective countries and peoples, and the beautiful dream of ensuring lasting peace and common prosperity in Asia.
