手部划线是手象针定位的基础。为了准确定位，便于取穴治疗，按一定的生理标志，将手部划分出以下11条定位线。

1. 阴阳分线:沿手部桡侧、尺侧正中赤白肉际所划之线，也就是手掌面与手背面的分界线。手的掌面为阴，背面为阳，阴阳分线处的部位为阴阳面(图1)。

2. 掌I线:在手掌面桡侧。由第1指尖端正中经指骨、掌骨正中，止于腕横纹桡侧1/6与尺侧5/6交点处(图1)。

3. 掌II线:在手掌偏桡侧。由第2指尖端正中经指骨掌骨正中，止于腕横纹桡侧1/3与尺侧2/3交点处(图1)。

4. 掌III线:在手掌面正中。由第3指尖端正中经指骨掌骨正中，止于腕横纹正中点(图1)。

5. 掌IV线:在手掌面偏尺侧。由第4指尖端正中经指骨掌骨正中，止于腕横纹桡侧2/3与尺侧1/3交点处(图1)。

6. 掌V线:在手掌面尺侧。由第5指尖端正中经指骨掌骨正中，止于腕横纹桡侧5/6与尺侧1/6交点处(图1)。

7. 背I线:在手背面尺侧，与掌V线相对(图2)。

8. 背II线:在手背面偏尺侧与掌IV线相对(图2)。

9. 背III线:在手背面正中与掌III线相对(图2)。

10. 背IV线:在手背面偏桡侧与掌II线相对(图2)。

11. 背V线:在手背面桡侧与掌II线相对(图2)。

In order to accurately locate the points, the dividing lines of the hand are devised according to anatomical landmarks. It is the basis for locating points in hand projection acupuncture. There are 11 dividing lines on the hand.

1. Line dividing yin and yang: Along the red and white skin part of the hand on the radius and ulna is the dividing line for the dorsum and palm of the hand. The palmar side of the hand is yin and the dorsum side of the hand is yang. The part dividing the yin and yang is called "yin yang side" (Fig. 1).

2. Palm line I:on the radial side of the palm. It begins at the tip of the thumb, passes through the middle of the phalanx and metacarpal and ends on the radial side of the wrist crease, about 1/6 of the distance from the radial side and 5/6 from the ulnar side of the wrist (Fig. 1).

3.Palm line II: on the palm of the hand, slightly toward the radial end. It begins at the tip of the second finger, passes though the middle of the second phalanx and metacarpal and ends at the point 1/3 of the distance from the radial side or 2/3 from the ulnar side of wrist crease (Fig. 1).

4. Palm line III : in the middle of the palm. It begins at the tip of the third finger, passes through the middle of the third phalanx and the metacarpal and ends at the middle wrist crease (Fig. 1).

5. Palm line IV: slightly on the ulnar side of the palm. It begins at the tip of the fourth finger, passes through the middle of the fourth phalanx and metacarpal and ends at the point 2/3 distance from the radial side and 1/3 of the distance from the ulnar side of the wrist crease (Fig. 1).

6. Palm line V: on the ulnar side of the palm. It begins at the tip of the fifth finger and passes through the fifth phalanx and metacarpal, and ends at the point 5/6 distance from the radial side and 1/6 of the distance from the ulnar side of the wrist crease (Fig. 1).

7. Dorsal line l: on the ulnar side of the dorsal surface of the hand, corresponding to Palm line V(Fig. 2).

8. Dorsal line II: on the slightly ulnar side of the dorsal surface of the hand, corresponding to Palm line IV (Fig. 2).

9. Dorsal line III: in the middle, on the dorsal surface of the hand, corresponding to Palm line II (Fig. 2).

10. Dorsal line IV: on the slightly radial side of the dorsal surface of the hand, corresponding to Palm line II (Fig. 2).

11. Dorsal line V: on the radial side of the dorsal surface of the hand, corresponding to Palm line l (Fig. 2).
