踝部进针点，共有6个，约在内、外踝最高点上三横指(相当悬钟、三阴交)一圈处。从跟腱内侧起向前转到外侧跟腱依次为下1、下2、下3、下4、下5、下6。

1.下1:靠跟腱内侧缘(图1)。

2.下2:在内侧面中央，靠胫骨后缘(图1)。

3.下3:胫骨前缘向内1厘米处(图1)。

4.下4:胫骨前缘外侧与腓骨前缘之间的中点(图2)。

5.下5:在外侧面中央(图2)。

6.下6:靠跟腱外缘(图2)。

There are six points of insertion on the ankles. They are approximately located along a band 3 finger widths above the prominence of lateral and medial malleolus, corresponding with Xuanzhong(GB39) and Sanyinjiao(SP6). From the medial side of the Achilles tendon laterally, these points are: Base 1,2,3,4,5,6.

1. Base 1: adjacent to the medial side of the Achilles tendon (Fig. 1).

2. Base 2: at the midpoint of the medial side of the lower leg, close to the crest of the tibia (Fig. 1).

3. Base 3: 1 cm medial to the anterior aspect of the tibia (Fig. 1).

4. Base 4: at the midpoint between the lateral side of the anterior border of the tibia and the anterior border of the fibula (Fig. 2).

5. Base 5: at the midpoint on the lateral side of the lower leg (Fig. 2).

6. Base 6: adjacent to the lateral side of the Achilles tendon (Fig. 2).
