汉语的音韵和节奏美，部分来自于它的工整和对仗。用词方面，经常把两个意思相近的词并列使用。遇到汉语对仗性重复有三种处理方法，多数情况下删除一个并不妨碍意思的表达；有时需要用一个新词概括两个词的意思；偶尔需要补充解释，明确两个词隐含的区别。

（1）国家要得到发展，需要密切注意与各种各样的人保持广泛的国际联系和交往。

A country that wants to develop needs to maintain extensive international contacts with all kinds of people.

（2）中国目前的外商投资促使中国考虑并最终制定出有效利用外资的方法。

The present boom of foreign investment in China has promted the country to work out ways to use such investment more efficiently.

（3）只要双方共同努力，双边关系就会继续发展壮大。

So long as the two sides work together, bilateral relations will continue to grow.

（4）我们应当加强和改善各级政府计划生育目标责任制。

We should strengthen the system under which governments at all levels are responsible for attaining given objectives for birth control.

（5）在社会主义市场经济条件下，政府的有效指导对本行业的健康与合理发展尤其重要。

Government guidance is especially important for the rational development of this industry in a socialist market economy.

（6）齐齐哈尔市旅游资源丰富，人文历史悠久，旅游服务设施完善，基本上形成了吃、住、行、游、购、娱一条龙的旅游生产体系。

Qiqihar has affluent resources for tourism, long humane history and complete facilities for tourist service.

（7）实践证明现代化技术基础必须建立在现代科学技术之上。

Practice proves that modern technology must be based on modern science.
