1. 丘墟(GB40)：在足外踝的前下方，当趾长伸肌腱的外侧凹陷处(图1)。

踝关节背届直角，当外踝前缘垂直线与外踝下缘水平线的相交处有一四陷，此凹陷中就是本穴(图2)。

2. 足临泣(GB41)：在足背外侧，当第4趾本节(第4跖趾关节)的后方，小趾伸肌腱的外侧凹陷处(图1)。

3. 地五会(GB42)：在足背外侧，当第4趾本节(第4跖趾关节)的后方，第4、5跖骨之间，小趾伸肌腱的内侧缘(图1)。

4. 侠溪(GB43)：在足背外侧，当第4、5趾间，趾蹼缘后方赤白肉际处(图1)。

5. 足窍阴(GB44)：在足第4趾末节外侧，距趾甲角0.1寸(指寸)(图1)。

1. Qiuxu (GB40): anterior and inferior to the lateral malleolus, in the depression lateral to the tendon of m. extensor digitorum longus (Fig.1).

To locate the point: with the foot flexed, it is located at the junction of lines drawn along the anterior and inferior borders of the lateral malleolus (Fig.2).

2. Zulinqi (GB41): on the lateral side of the dorsum of the foot, posterior to the fourth metatarsophalangeal joint, in a depression lateral to the tendon of the m. extensor digitorum longus of the fifth toe (Fig.1).

3. Diwuhui (GB42): on the lateral side of the dorsum of the foot, posterior to the fourth metatarsophalangeal joint, between the fourth and fifth metatarsal bones, medial to the tendon of m. extensor digitorum longus of the fifth toe (Fig.1).

4. Xiaxi (GB43): on the lateral side of the dorsum of the foot, between the fourth and fifth toes, at the junction of the red and white skin, proximal to the margin of the web (Fig.1).

5. Zuqiaoyin (GB44):on the lateral side of the distal segment of the fourth toe, 0.1 cun from the coner of the tocnail (Fig.1).
