中国积极推进区域经济一体化。中方提出的打造中国-东盟自贸区升级版、打造亚洲货币稳定体系、亚洲信用体系和亚洲投融资合作体系等重大合作倡议，体现了中国深化区域合作、促进互利共赢的积极意愿。中国积极推进互联互通，提出建设丝绸之路经济带、21世纪海上丝绸之路、中巴经济走廊、孟中印缅经济走廊，筹建亚洲基础设施投资银行等一系列重大倡议。意愿固然重要，倡议也很抢眼，落实更加关键。我们将努力把区域合作的战略构想转化为惠及周边的具体成果，造福中国和亚洲国家人民。
China actively promotes regional economic integration. The significant cooperative initiatives put forward by China, such as upgrading the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, and establishing the Asian currency stability system, Asian credit system and Asian investment and finance cooperation system, have shown China’s active wills in deepening regional cooperation and promoting mutual benefits and win-win results. China actively boosts interconnection, and puts forward a series of major initiatives, such as building the Silk Road Economic Belt, the 21st century Maritime Silk Road, the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, and the Bangladesh-China-India-Myanmar Economic Corridor, as well as preparing to establish the Asia Infrastructure Investment Bank. With important willingness and eye-catching initiatives, the implementation serves as the key. We will strive to turn the strategic concept of regional cooperation into tangible results that benefit the neighboring countries, and the peoples of China and other Asian countries.
世界特别是亚洲国家都很关注中国未来的发展。党的十八届三中全会作出全面深化改革的决定，这些改革措施将使中国经济继续保持健康发展势头，国内需求特别是消费需求将持续扩大，对外投资也将大幅增加。这将给中国与亚洲国家的合作带来更多机遇。中国将继续为亚洲的发展与繁荣作出贡献。
The world, especially other Asian countries, pay close attention to China’s future development. The decision concerning comprehensively deepening reforms was adopted at the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. These reform measures will help China’s economy continue to maintain the momentum of sound development. The domestic demand, especially consumer demand, will expand continuously, while foreign investment will increase substantially. These will bring more opportunities to the cooperation between China and other Asian countries. China will continue to make contributions to Asia’s development and prosperity.
