1. 脑面穴:位于前额正中(图1)。

2. 咽喉穴:在脑面穴与肺穴之中间，即两眉间上方(图1)。

3. 肺穴:在两眉间，即阙中处(图1)。

4. 心穴:在肺六下方，两目内眦中间微上，即下极处(图1)。

5. 肝穴:在心穴下方，挟两颧之间，鼻梁骨上端处(图1)。

6. 脾穴:在肝穴下方，在鼻尖上缘至鼻梁骨下端处，即鼻尖上面王处(图1)。

7. 膀胱及生殖器穴:在鼻中隔下与人中之间，人中沟处(图1)。

3. Lung: in between two eyebrows, or "juezhong" (Fig.1).

5. Liver: below the heart point, between the cheek bones, on top of the nasal bone (Fig.1).

6. Spleen: below the liver point, on the tip of the nose to the lower edge of the nasal bone (Fig.1).

7. Bladder and reproductive organs: between the septum and the philtrum (Fig.1).
