耳郭分耳郭前面和耳郭背面，其凹面为耳郭前面，凸面为耳郭背面。

1. 耳郭前面体表分部(图1)：耳郭前面可分为耳垂(耳垂前沟)、耳轮(耳轮脚、耳轮脚棘、耳轮脚切迹、耳轮结节、耳轮尾、轮垂切迹、耳轮前沟)、对耳轮(对耳轮体、对耳轮上脚、对耳轮下脚、轮屏切迹)、耳舟、三角窝、耳甲(耳甲艇、耳甲腔)、耳屏(屏上切迹、上屏尖、下屏尖、耳屏前沟)、对耳屏(对屏尖、屏间切迹)、外耳门等。

2. 耳郭背部体表分部(图2)：耳郭背面大致可分为耳轮背面、耳轮尾背面、耳垂背面、耳舟隆起、三角窝隆起、耳甲艇隆起、耳甲腔隆起、对耳轮上脚沟、对耳轮下脚沟、对耳轮沟、耳轮脚沟、对耳屏沟、上耳根、下耳根等。

2. The posterior aspect of the auricle (Fig. 2): the posterior aspect of the auricle can be divided into posterior aspect of helix, posterior aspect of helix cauda, posterior aspect of the earlobe, eminence of scapha, eminence of triangular fossa, eminence of cymba conchae, eminence of cavity of concha, groove of superior crus of antihelix, groove of inferior crus of antihelix, groove of antihelix, groove of helix crus, groove of antitragus, superior auricular root, inferior auricular root, etc.
