译文说明：

“暴饮暴食”分别用 exessive drinking 和 voracious eating 来翻译，主要是考虑到行文的缘故，语义上没有太大的区别。“腐熟”就是消化的意思，故译作digestion。

例4:颈部肿大兼有胸膈气闷，心悸气短，暴躁善怒，脉弦滑等是该证的典型特征。
The syndrome is characterized by neck swelling accompanied with thoracic stuffiness, palpitation，short breath，irascibility and a susceptibility to anger as well as a very tense and slippery pulse.
