第二个关键词是合作共赢，这一理念为中非关系发展提供着强大动力。习近平主席明确提出构建以合作共赢为核心的新型国际关系，在此过程中，非洲朋友始终是中国最重要的合作伙伴，而中非合作也历来是发展中国家间共赢发展的成功典范。中国已经连续6年成为非洲第一大贸易伙伴国。2014年中非贸易额达到2200亿美元，是2000年中非合作论坛启动时的22倍，占非洲对外贸易总额的比例由3.82%上升至20.5%。当前，中国对非投资存量超过300亿美元，是2000年论坛启动时的60倍，近年年均增速保持在20%以上。现有3000多家中国企业在非洲投资兴业，2014年中非人员往来超过360万人次。
The second keyword is win-win cooperation, a concept that injects strong impetus to the development of China-Africa relations. President Xi Jinping proposed in explicit terms the building of a new type of international relations featuring win-win cooperation. As we endeavor to achieve this goal, African friends remain the most important cooperation partners for China and China-Africa cooperation could serve as a good example of win-win development between developing countries. China has been Africa's largest trading partner for six years straight. In 2014, trade between China and Africa topped 220 billion US dollars, 22 times higher than where it stood in 2000 when FOCAC was launched. It accounted for 20.5% of Africa's total foreign trade, up from the original 3.82%. As we speak, China's investment stock in Africa has exceeded 30 billion US dollars, 60 times that of the year 2000 and keeping an annual growth rate at above 20% in recent years. There are more than 3,000 Chinese enterprises doing business inAfrica. In 2014, more than 3.6 million mutual visits were made between China and Africa.
中非合作是互利的合作。中方从不以单方获利为目标，而是致力于非洲实现自主可持续发展，为帮助非洲破解基础设施建设滞后和人才不足两大发展瓶颈，中方为此作出了巨大努力。截至2015年9月，中国通过援助和融资在非洲已建和在建铁路5675公里，公路4507公里。中国援助和融资建设各类学校200多所，每年向非洲提供7000多个政府奖学金名额，举办100多个技术管理研修和培训班，中非合作论坛建立以来已经共为非方培训各类实用人才超过8.1万人次。
Cooperation between China and Africa is mutually beneficial. Instead of seeking unilateral gains, China is committed to promoting independent and sustainable development in Africa and helping Africa address problems of inadequate infrastructure and skilled personnel, two bottlenecks hindering development. China has made tremendous efforts toward this end. As of September 2015, there were a total of 5,675 kilometers of railway and 4,507 kilometers of road in Africa built or being built by China through aid or financing support. China has built more than 200 schools in Africa using aid or financing support. Every year, China provides more than 7,000 government scholarships to Africa and hosts more than 100 workshops and training sessions on technologies and management. Since the inception of FOCAC, China has trained more than 81,000 professionals in various fields for the African side.
