李克强表示，中方将继续从战略高度看待中国同加勒比国家的关系，致力于发展中加全面合作伙伴关系。牙买加是加勒比地区重要国家，希望贵国为推动中加关系发展继续发挥积极作用。

Li Keqiang expressed that China will continue to view the relations with Caribbean countries from the strategic perspective and is committed to developing China-Caribbean comprehensive cooperative partnership. Jamaica is an important country in the Caribbean region. Hope Jamaica will continue to play a positive role in promoting the development of China-Caribbean relations.

李克强指出，中国政府把生态文明建设放在突出位置，正在加快转变经济发展方式，着力推进绿色发展、循环发展、低碳发展。中方愿同包括牙买加在内的小岛屿国家加强在气候变化、环境保护等领域的对话、交流与合作。

Li Keqiang pointed out that the Chinese government gives the construction of ecological civilization to the prominent position. China is accelerating the transformation of the economic development mode, and vigorously promoting green development, recycling development and low-carbon development. China is willing to strengthen dialogue, exchanges and cooperation with small island countries including Jamaica in climate change, environmental protection and other fields.

辛普森－米勒表示，牙中建交41年来，双边关系得到长足发展。牙方感谢中方长期以来对牙买加等加勒比国家的帮助和支持，愿与中方加强沟通协调，扩大合作规模，提高合作水平，共同应对气候变化等全球性挑战，推动牙中关系和加中关系不断向前发展。

Simpson-Miller expressed that over the 41 years since the establishment of diplomatic relationship between Jamaica and China, bilateral relations have enjoyed substantial development. The Jamaican side is grateful for China’s long-time help and support for Jamaica and other Caribbean countries. Jamaica is willing to strengthen communication and coordination with China, to expand the scale of cooperation, to enhance the level of cooperation, to jointly cope with climate change and other global challenges in a bid to push for unceasing development of Jamaica-China, Caribbean-China relations.

会谈后，两国总理共同出席了中国和牙买加政府经济技术合作协定及教育、基础设施建设等领域有关双边合作文件的签字仪式。

Following the talks, the two Prime Ministers attended the signing ceremony of the agreement on economic and technological cooperation between the governments of China and Jamaica as well as relevant bilateral cooperation documents in the fields of education and infrastructure construction.

会谈前，李克强在人民大会堂东门外广场为辛普森－米勒举行欢迎仪式，全国政协副主席陈晓光等出席。

Prior to the talks, Li Keqiang held the welcome ceremony for Simpson-Miller at the Square outside the East Gate of the Great Hall of the People. Vice Chairman Chen Xiaoguang of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and others were present.
