注1:向前半举臂，稍外展,用力收缩肌肉(或抗阻力内收)，以显现胸三角，云门穴即在此三角最凹陷中。

注2:本穴与内侧的气户(ST13)、俞府(KI27)、璇玑(CV21),4穴略呈一弧形分布,其弧度与锁骨下缘弧度相应。
