1. 少海(HT3)：微届肘，当曲泽与肱骨内上髁连线的中点处(图1)。

尽量屈肘，当肘横纹内侧端凹陷中(图2)。

2. 灵道(HT4)：在前臂掌侧，当尺侧腕屈肌腱的桡侧缘，腕横纹上1.5寸(图3)。

3. 通里(HT5)：在前臂掌侧，当尺侧腕屈肌腱的桡侧缘，腕横纹上1寸(图3)。

4. 阴郄 (HT6)：在前臂掌侧，当尺侧腕屈肌腱的桡侧缘，腕横纹上0.5寸(图3)。

5. 神门(HT7)：在腕部，腕掌侧横纹尺侧端，尺侧腕屈肌腱的桡侧凹陷处(图3)。

4. Yinxi (HT6): on the palmer side of the forearm, on the radial side of the tendon of the flexor carpi ulnaris, 0.5 cun proximal to the wrist crease (Fig. 3).

5. Shenmen (HT7): at the wrist joint, on the radial side of flexor carpi ulnaris, in the depression at the proximal border of the pisiform bone (Fig. 3).
