我们必须推进以协调合作稳定为基调的中美关系，坚决摒弃“新冷战”。我们要正确判断彼此战略意图，尊重彼此核心利益和重大关切，妥善管控分歧，绝不能给中美关系开倒车。
我们必须维护好、发展好互利共赢的中美经贸关系，坚决摒弃“脱钩论”。我们要共同促进世界经济可持续发展，携手应对气候变化等全球性问题，以及人工智能等科技发展带来的新挑战，为人类进步事业作出积极贡献。
We need to promote a China-US relationship based on coordination, cooperation and stability, and reject the notion of a "new Cold War". At this important moment, it is most necessary to have a correct reading of each other's strategic intention, to respect each other's core interests and major concerns, and to properly manage our differences. The last thing we would want at this time is to turn back the clock of history.
We need to develop sound economic and trade relations, and resist the words and deeds aimed at "decoupling". We need to join hands for the sustained growth of the world economy, for global issues such as climate change, and for challenges brought by artificial intelligence and other new technologies. The world will look to us, its two major countries, for greater contribution to human progress.
中美两个伟大文明都是人类文明的瑰宝，我们必须坚持通过文明对话增进相互理解、促进包容互鉴，尊重彼此选择的发展道路，坚决摒弃所谓“文明冲突论”。
我们必须深入推进人文交流，拉紧中美民心相通的纽带，架起更多友好交往的桥梁，摒弃任何干扰破坏中美友好的图谋。人民是历史的创造者。只有中美两国人民，而不是任何政治势力或阴谋家，才能决定中美关系的未来。
We need to step up mutual understanding and mutual learning between the Chinese and American cultures, both gems of the human civilization. We need to respect each other's choice of development path and ditch the so-called "clash of civilizations".
We also need to push for more robust people-to-people exchanges, as this is the bond between hearts and the bridge between souls. Any attempt to undercut the people's friendship must be thwarted. It is the people who make history. And it is the Chinese and American people, not any political force or schemer, that will determine the future of China-US relations.

为中美人民的友谊与合作，
为中美关系和世界和平与发展的美好未来，
