1) The amino acid utilization between human promyelocytic leukemia (HL-60), human oral squamous carcinoma (HSC-2, HSC-4, NA), human salivary gland tumor (HSG) and rat neuron cells (PC-12) were compared, using amino acid analyzer.

应用氨基酸分析仪比较人早幼粒细胞白血病(HL-60)、人口腔鳞癌(HSC-2、HSC-4与NA)、人唾液腺肿瘤及大鼠神经细胞(PC-12)之间氨基酸的利用情况。

2) All these cells consumed four essential amino acids (valine, methionine, isoleucine, leucine), glutamine and arginine, whereas they produced glycine, alanine and ammonia, without significantly affecting threonine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, histidine or lysine concentration.

上述细胞类型均消耗4种基本氨基酸(缬氨酸、甲硫氨酸、异亮氨酸与亮氨酸)、谷氨酸与精氨酸,而它们均产生甘氨酸、丙氦酸与氨,但不明显影响苏氨酸与酪氨酸、苯丙氦酸、组氨酸与赖氨酸浓度。

3) Serine and glutamine utilization varied considerably from cell to cell.

9) These present study suggests the importance of re-evaluation of culture condition for each cell line.

目前这些研究提示,重新评价每种细胞系培养条件的重要性。
