这份协议的内容，包括扩大自美采购，符合世贸组织规则和市场化、商业化原则。中方将继续同各方一道努力，维护以世贸组织为基石的多边贸易体制，维护自由贸易。中国也将坚持全面深化改革，推进更高水平对外开放。我们已经全面放开一般制造业，服务业开放也在持续推进。《外商投资法》及其配套法规将于明年全面实施，准入前国民待遇和负面清单管理正在全面铺开。中国的市场竞争环境将更加公平、透明。

The phase-one economic and trade agreement, including purchasing more goods from the US, is in line with World Trade Organization (WTO) regulations as well as market rules and business principles. The Chinese government will continue to work with all parties to uphold the multilateral free trade system with WTO at its core.

Moreover, China will continue to deepen all-round reforms and upgrade its opening-up level. Following the general manufacturing industries, we are steadily promoting the opening-up of service sector. The Foreign Investment Law and its matching regulations will enter into force in a week's time. The pre-entry national treatment for foreign businesses is being applied nationwide. To all those who wish to have a share in China's growth, you will find a more balanced, more transparent and more accessible business environment.
