亚洲合作对话是面向全亚洲的政府间组织，地域广泛，代表性强，其成员基本囊括了丝绸之路沿线国家，理应成为亚洲国家共同建设"一带一路"的生力军。

As an inter-governmental organization in Asia, the ACD covers a vast region and is highly representative. With a membership covering almost all countries along the Silk Road, the ACD should be a major force bringing Asian countries together in a joint effort to build the "one Belt and one Road".

亚洲合作对话所崇尚的宗旨与"一带一路"的理念完全一致，都致力于维护亚洲的和平与安宁，都致力于推进亚洲国家互利共赢和共同发展。

The purpose of the ACD dovetails with the vision of the "one Belt and one Road", as both are committed to maintaining peace and tranquility in Asia and promoting mutual benefit and common development of Asian countries.

亚洲合作对话与"一带一路"所关注的合作领域也基本重合，都重视加强各国间的经贸合作，不断扩大共同利益，都重视各国间的人文交流，共同建设和谐亚洲。

The ACD and the "one Belt and one Road" also converge in priority areas of cooperation, as they both lay emphasis on strengthening economic and trade cooperation between countries to expand common interests and on advancing people-to-people and cultural exchange to build a harmonious Asia.

今天，亚洲合作对话成员国代表，齐聚兰州，重拾丝绸之路精神，共促亚洲合作进程。这既是对历史的传承，也是对未来的期许，意义深远，使命崇高。

Today, delegates of ACD members are gathered in Lanzhou to revive the Silk Road spirit and promote Asian cooperation. This is a lofty mission, a mission that builds on history and looks to the future, and will produce far-reaching impact.

"一带一路"是中国的倡议，更是亚洲国家共同的事业。亚洲合作对话是我们推进泛亚合作的重要机制，更是我们共建"一带一路"的重要平台。我坚信，在各方共同努力下，亚洲合作对话将为"一带一路"建设增添动力，同样，"一带一路"建设也将进一步丰富亚洲合作对话的内涵，并为亚洲腾飞插上强劲的翅膀。

The "one Belt and one Road" are China's initiatives and, more importantly, a common cause of all Asian countries. The ACD is both a major mechanism for pushing forward pan-Asia cooperation and a significant platform for building the "one Belt and one Road". I am confident that with the concerted efforts of all parties, the ACD will give a strong boost to the building of the "one Belt and one Road". Likewise, the "one Belt and one Road", as they progress, will also enrich the ACD and lend wings to Asia's powerful takeoff in the world.
