China appreciates Afghanistan's efforts to improve neighboring environment and push forward regional cooperation, as well as its positive role in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation. China also attaches importance to Afghanistan's unique influence on the reform of the UN Security Council and is ready to further enhance coordination and cooperation with Afghanistan in international and regional organizations to safeguard and promote world peace, stability and development.

 

8.中澳同为亚太地区有重要影响的国家，在促进亚太地区和平、稳定和发展方面拥有重要的共同利益。双方还将继续加强在联合国、20国集团、亚太经合组织、东亚峰会、太平洋岛国论坛等多边机制和机构中的沟通与协调。

As two important nations in the Asia-Pacific region, China and Australia share important common interests in promoting peace, stability and development in the Asia-Pacific region. The two countries would continue to strengthen communication and coordination in the United Nations, G20, the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), the East Asia Summit, the Pacific Islands Forum and other multilateral mechanisms and institutions.

 

9_中澳两国在经济上具有互补性，中国希望澳大利亚坚持对华在澳的投资实行开放、不歧视的政策。两国政府需要为双方企业打造一个友好的政策环境，以利于开展互利合作。

China and Australia have complementary economies. China hopes Australia will always stick to an open and non-discriminatory policy towards Chinese investment in Australia. The two governments need to forge a friendly policy environment for business from both nations to conduct mutually beneficial cooperation. 

 

10.新西兰是第一个承认中闰市场经济地位和与中国签署实施自由贸易协定的发达固家。在双方的共冋努力下，中新两国高层及其他层面的交流频繁，在经济、贸易、科技、文化及重大区域和国际事务中双方都有很好的合怍。

New Zealand is the first developed country to rccognize China as a market economy and to sign and implement a free trade agreement with China. With the joint efforts of both sides, China and New Zealand enjoy frequent exchanges at high and other levels, and are cooperating well in the areas of economy, trade, science, technology, culture and on major international and regional issues.
