首先我的定冠词“the”不对，这里不是特指，是泛指，用“a”就可以了。

另外，“自己人”，“one of our own”确实要比“any one of us”更地道。

第四句：有些枪必须开，有些枪可以不开。

我的翻译：Sometimes you have to fire while sometimes you don’t have to.

人家的翻译：Some shots are necessary, but some are not.

这么一比，我的翻译显得啰嗦冗长，而人家的翻译却简洁有力。

第五句：没有打不死的英雄，只有军人的荣耀。

我的翻译：There is no invincible hero but only a soldier’s glory.

人家的翻译：A soldier can die, but his honour lives on

我的翻译中“invincible” 太过书面化，他的“can die”虽然很口语化，但确实体现了英雄气概。

而且我的“but only a soldier’s glory”太直译，以至于有些中式了，他的“his honour lives on”就很好，而且跟前面的“die”遥相呼应。

第六句：我们出生入死，就是为了他们不再打仗。

我的翻译：We go through fire and water to ensure they can live in peace.

人家的翻译：We fight to the death so they can live in peace.

还是老问题，我的翻译太“文绉绉”，不够英雄气概，确实如此...

你看，我的“go through fire and water”确实没有人家“fight to the death”来得直接、干脆。

另外，他的“fight to death”和最后的“live in peace”还押上韵了，很妙。

对比了我的和人家的翻译，我的体会如下：

这些都是战场上军人的语言，我没有拿捏好这个分寸，用了一些“文绉绉”的语言，没有体现出英雄气概。

另外，翻译不能太追求直译，否则会显得有些中式。
