1. 大敦(LR1)：在足大趾末节外侧，距趾甲角0.1寸(指寸)(图1)。

2. 行间(LR2)：在足背侧，当第1、2趾间，趾蹼缘的后方尺白肉际处(图1)。

3. 太冲(LR3)：在足背侧，当第1、2跖骨结合部之前方凹陷中(图1)。

4. 中封(LR4)：当足内踝前，商丘与解溪连线上，胫骨前肌腱的内侧凹陷处(图1)。

1. Dadun (LR1): on the lateral side of dorsum of the foot, the distal segment of the great toe, 0.1 cun proximal to the corner of the nail (Fig. 1).

2. Xingjian (LR2): on the dorsum of the foot, between the first and second toe, proximal to the margin of the web, at the junction of the red and white skin (Fig.1).

3. Taichong (L.R3): on the dorsum of the foot, in the depression distal to the junction of the first and second metatarsal bones (Fig.1).

4. Zhongfeng (LR4): on the dorsum of the foot, anterior to the medial malleolus, on the line connecting Shangqiu (SP5) and Jiexi (ST41), in the depression medial to the tendon of m. tibialis anticus (Fig.1).
