1. 隐白(SP1)：在足大趾末节内侧，距趾甲角0.1寸(图1)。

2. 大都(SP2)：在足内侧缘，当第1跖趾关节前下方赤白肉际处(图1、图2)。

3. 太白(SP3)：在足内侧缘，当第1跖趾关节后下方赤白肉际凹陷处(图1、图2)。

4. 公孙(SP4)：在足内侧缘，当第1跖骨基底的前下方(图1、图2)。

取穴时，沿第1跖骨内侧向上方推至有阻挡感处，在第1跖骨基底部前下方赤白肉际处是穴，大约在太白穴后1寸处(图3)。

沿第1跖骨向上推时，须仔细体会指下的感觉，因第1跖骨基底部没有第1楔状骨和舟骨明显，可先找到第1楔状骨，再在其前下方0.5寸左右处定取本穴。

5. 商丘(SP5)：在足内踝前下方凹陷中，当舟骨结节与内踩尖连线的中点处(图2)。

1. Yinbai (SP1): on the medial side of the distal segment of the big toe, 0.1 cun proximal to the corner of the nail (Fig. 1).

2. Dadu (SP2): on the medial aspect of the foot, in the depression distal and inferior to the first metatarso-phalangeal joint, at the junction of the red and white skin (Fig. 1, Fig. 2).

3. Taibai(SP3): on the medial aspect of the foot, in the depression proximal and inferior to the first metatarso-phalangeal joint, at the junction of the red and white skin (Fig. 1, Fig. 2).

4. Gongsun (SP4): on the medial aspect of the foot, anterior and inferior to the proximal end of the first metatarsal bone (Fig. 1. Fig. 2).

To locate the point, slide the finger proximally along the shaft of the first metatarsal bone until it reaches the base of the bone, at the junction of the red and white skin, approximately 1 cun inferior to Taibai(SP3)(Fig. 3).

When sliding the finger along the shaft of the first metatarsal bone, one should pay attention to the sensation beneath

the finger, because the base of the first metatarsal bone is not as prominent as the medial cuneiform and the navicular. One

can first find the medial cuneiform, the point is located 0.5 cun posterior and anterior to it.

5. Shangqiu (SP5): in a depression distal and inferior to the medial malleolus, the mid point (Fig. 2).
