译文说明：
“上腹疼痛，痛无定处”亦可译作unlocaiized epigastrial pain。这里的“按”译作名词主要是relieve by所需要的，与例5中的 pressure 一词的要求不同。
例7：所谓泻法，就是按预定的深度进针，并按深、中、浅的顺序出针的针刺手法。
Reducing puncture is performed by inserting needles into a determined depth and then withdrawing successively in the order of deep、middle and shallow sequence.
译文说明：
“按”作according to解释时，翻译时应根据具体的语境来选词，不一定见“按”就译作according to或based on。本句中的两个“按”均含有according to之意，但在翻译时根据具体要求分别将其意揉入by和in the order of之中，而后者还兼释“顺序”一词。另外，“出针”一般译作withdraw needle,也有人译作lift needle。
