欢迎大家出席今天的活动。我谨代表中国驻东盟使团对远道而来的中日韩合作秘书处、东盟与中日韩宏观经济研究办公室、亚洲金融合作协会以及菲律宾、泰国、中国的同事们表示热烈欢迎。我也想借此机会对承办此次论坛的哈比比中心以及参与相关筹备工作的中、菲使团同事们表示衷心感谢。我也要特别感谢林玉辉秘书长拨冗出席今天的活动，启动“中国—东盟关系雅加达论坛”。

On behalf of the Chinese Mission to ASEAN, I wish to express warm welcome to distinguished delegates from the China-Japan-Korea(CJK) Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat, ASEAN+3 Macroeconomic Research Office (AMRO), Asian Financial Cooperation Association (AFCA) and experts from the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and China. I also wish to acknowledge the Habibie Center, Permanent Mission of the Philippines and colleagues of my mission for your hard work to make this event a reality. I want to thank in particular, Dato Lim Jock Hoi, for gracing this event to inaugurate the Jakarta Forum.
今天是“中国－东盟关系雅加达论坛”系列活动的首场活动。该系列论坛由中、菲两国使团共同发起和创办，立足中国—东盟关系，面向东亚，放眼亚太。
This is the inaugural one of the series of Jakarta Forum, a forum co-established by my mission and the Philippine Mission as the country coordinator for China-ASEAN relations. With a focus on China-ASEAN relations, this forum will also offer perspectives on issues of the region and beyond.
