On your second question, you may all have noted that 38 Chinese agencies including the National Development and Reform Commission, the People's Bank of China and the National Intellectual Property Administration signed the memorandum of cooperation for joint efforts to strengthen punishment for intellectual property infringements. It is the latest step by China in strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights and cracking down on the relevant unlawful activities.
As for the discussions between China and the US on the intellectual property rights, these discussions have been going on continuously.
