在《2030愿景》的指引下，我们要做共同发展的伙伴。中国愿加强“一带一路”倡议与东盟发展战略的对接，推动地区全面包容可持续发展，不让一个落下。我们要做共建和平的伙伴。中方愿与地区国家一道，共同推动开放包容的地区安全架构，应对各种传统和非传统挑战。排除干扰，在协商一致基础上早日达成“南海行为准则”，共同制定地区规则，为地区构筑“稳定锚”。我们要做开放共赢的伙伴。中国愿与东盟各国继续密切产业链、价值链合作，共同推进贸易和投资自由化便利化，建设东亚经济共同体。我们要做开拓创新的伙伴。中方愿与东盟在创新领域加强发展战略对接，在东盟推广“互联网+”“大众创业、万众创新”经验，激发经贸合作新动力，打造互利共赢的经贸合作格局。我们要做包容互鉴的伙伴。中方将与东盟国家继续加强治国理政、发展理念、社会文化等各方面交流，合力打造“互信、互谅、互利、互助”的中国－东盟合作精神，培育命运共同体意识。中方在此次领导人会议上宣布设立中国—东盟菁英奖学金，开展“未来之桥”中国—东盟青年领导人千人研修计划，让更多东盟优秀青年来华学习和参访，让中国—东盟友谊的种子在更大范围内生根发芽。
Under the guidance of Vision 2030, China and ASEAN are committed to be partners for common development. China wishes to enhance synergy between its BRI and ASEAN's development strategies and pursue inclusive and sustainable development of the region so that no one is left behind.
China and ASEAN are committed to be partners for peace. China will work with regional countries to promote an open and inclusive regional security architecture and address both traditional and non-traditional security challenges. China and ASEAN countries will work towards the early conclusion of the COC on the basis of consensus while excluding external impediments.
China and ASEAN are committed to be partners for greater openness and win-win progress. We will deepen value chain and supply chain cooperation, jointly enhance trade liberalization and facilitation and promote economic integration in East Asia.
China and ASEAN are committed to be partners for entrepreneurship and innovation. Apart from tuning our innovation policies with that of ASEAN, China is also ready to share its experience and practice in implementing the Internet Plus model and the "massive entrepreneurship and innovation" initiative. We believe this will inject fresh impetus to our business cooperation and contribute to a mutually-beneficial economic cooperation architecture in the region.
China and ASEAN are committed to be partners in promoting inclusiveness and mutual learning. We will enhance exchanges in social governance, development approaches, and culture etc. to foster a spirit of cooperation featuring mutual trust, mutual accommodation, mutual benefit and mutual assistance while forging the sense of community of shared future. At the China-ASEAN Summit in Singapore, China announced setting up the China-ASEAN Young Leaders Scholarship Program and the "Bridge of the Future" China-ASEAN Young Leaders Training Program which will invite 1,000 young talents from ASEAN to China for training. With these two initiatives, more ASEAN youth will be able to come to China and establish contacts and friendship with the Chinese people, especially with their counterparts.

中国—东盟关系的新时代正在开启，需要来自各方的支持、关注、参与与推动。我由衷地希望，在座各位特别是年轻人，能加入到这股推动中国—东盟关系进步的洪流中，发挥你们的才干、创造与热情，为中国和东盟的世代友好贡献力量。相信只要我们放眼长远，坚定信心，沿着既定的愿景前行，就一定能谱写出中国—东盟关系的壮美华章。
