习近平主席强调指出，“以心相交者，成其久远”。相互尊重、平等相待、共同发展是中密关系的本质特征。但是，近期个别国家的官员和媒体对中国援助项目提出了不负责任、不符合事实的指责，这是荒谬的、错误的、不得人心的。本次培训班的成功举办再次证明，中国是真心实意帮助我们的朋友。我们的培训项目为当地千家万户解决生存问题做出了重要贡献，是造福千秋万代的工程。我们衷心希望密克朋友能够发展得越来越好，与中国一起实现共同发展。
Chinese President Xi Jinping emphasized that "Those communicating with hearts, their friendships last". Mutual respect, equality and common development are the essential characteristics of China-FSM strategic partnership relations. But unfortunately, in recent time, some officials and media in one or two countries have raised irresponsible and false accusations against China's aid projects. That is ridiculous, wrong and unpopular. The success of this training course once again proves that China is sincere to help our friends. Our training program has made an important contribution to the settlement of the survival problems of thousands of families in the region, benefiting generations of people. We sincerely hope that friends in FSM can develop better and better and develop together with China.
女士们先生们，我想在此感谢联邦资源发展部和波州政府，以及中国专家们对本次培训班的支持。明年就是中密建交30周年。我相信中密之间类似的交流项目会越来越多，不断造福两国人民，不断巩固中密友谊，不断共同创造美好的未来。

Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to thank the Federal Department of Resources & Development and the state government, as well as Chinese experts, for their support for this training course. Next year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and FSM. I believe that there will be more and more similar exchanges between China and FSM, which will continue to benefit the two peoples and consolidate the friendship between the two countries and build our promising future together.
