尊敬的联邦资源发展部代理部长Hubert Yamada，
尊敬的波州资源发展厅代表，
尊敬的来宾，女士们先生们：
本次培训班旨在加强中密两国间在椰子种植技术领域的交流，我非常高兴代表中国政府参加此次毕业典礼。学员们热情参与此次培训，给我留下很深印象。
中密友好交往历史源远流长。2014年，习近平主席与密克领导人决定建立中密战略伙伴关系，翻开了中密关系新的一页。2017年3月，密克总统克里斯琴成功访华，习近平主席与克里斯琴总统达成重要共识，为两国关系发展指明了方向。这次培训班就是为了落实中密两国元首达成的共识，也是首次把培训送到你们家门口,在密联邦四个州组织双边培训。1989年自两国建交以来，中国政府开展的各种短期培训项目，已经累计帮助超过200名密克学员赴华参加培训。

It gives me great pleasure to be present at this graduation ceremony, on behalf of the Chinese government, I want to first extend my congratulations to the graduates for your hard study and great achievements. This training workshop is aimed at strengthening the communication on coconut planting technology between China and FSM. I'm really impressed by the trainee's participation and enthusiasm for this training.
The friendship between China and FSM has had a long history. In 2014, President Xi Jinping and FSM leader decided to establish a strategic partnership between China and FSM, opening a new chapter of China - FSM relations. In March last year, President Peter Christian visited China successfully. President Xi Jinping and President Christian reached important consensus, chartering the course of our bilateral relations. This training workshop is the exact implementation of the important consensus reached between President Xi Jinping and President Christian in the March of 2017. It is the first time to organize bilateral training in the four states, and it is the first time to send training course to your doorstep. Since the establishment of our diplomatic ties in 1989, the Chinese government has implemented various multilateral short-term seminars for capacity building, and has sent more than 200 FSM trainees to study in China.
