China firmly opposes all forms of proliferation activities, strictly fulfills relevant international obligations and commitments, and always conducts non-proliferation work in accordance with its own policies, laws and regulations. In the meantime, China opposes the imposition of unilateral sanctions and so-called "long-arm jurisdiction" by certain country in accordance with its domestic laws.
