The Third Plenum of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC opened up a new historic stage of China’s reform and development. Under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as General Secretary, China, firmly committed to reform, will continue to adhere to the win-win strategy of opening-up and forge an even closer community of shared interests with the rest of the world.
