我们将进一步深化同亚洲国家的睦邻友好。中国将主办亚太经合组织领导人非正式会议、亚洲相互协作与信任措施会议峰会、博鳌亚洲论坛年会、阿富汗问题伊斯坦布尔进程外长会等多场重要国际会议，我们将利用这些平台，同亚洲国家的领导人共叙友谊，畅谈合作。我们将坚持互信、互利、平等、协作的新安全观，在地区热点问题上更加主动地发挥建设性作用，同有关国家妥善管控分歧，维护地区和平与稳定。
We will further deepen the good neighborly and friendly relations with other Asian countries. China will host many significant international conferences including the APEC Informal Leadership Meeting, the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia, the Annual Conference of Boao Forum for Asia and the foreign ministers' meeting on the Istanbul Process of the Afghanistan issue. We will make use of these platforms to renew our friendship and talk about our cooperation with the leaders of other Asian countries. We will adhere to the new security perspective of mutual trust, mutual benefit, equality and cooperation, play a constructive role more actively in regional hotspot issues, restrain and manage disagreements with relevant countries, and maintain regional peace and stability.
我们将进一步扩大同亚洲国家的利益融合。中国将继续奉行互利共赢的开放战略，大力推进同亚洲国家的务实合作。加快互联互通建设和海上合作步伐，推进丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路建设。我们将积极参与区域合作，打造中国—东盟自贸区升级版，落实中国—东盟“2+7”合作框架、中巴经济走廊、孟中印缅经济走廊等倡议。推进区域全面经济伙伴关系（RCEP)、中韩、中日韩等自贸协定谈判，不断促进地区经济一体化。
We will further expand the convergence of interests with other Asian countries. China will continue to implement the open strategy of mutual benefit and win-win results, vigorously push forward pragmatic cooperation with other Asian countries, accelerate the steps of interconnection construction and maritime cooperation, and promote the building of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st century Maritime Silk Road. We will actively participate in regional cooperation, establish an upgraded version of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, and implement the initiatives concerning China-ASEAN “2+7” cooperation framework, China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, and Bangladesh-China-India-Myanmar Economic Corridor. We will push forward the negotiations on free trade agreements (FTAs) such as the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), China-ROK FTA and China-Japan-ROK FTA, so as to continuously promote regional economic integration.
