十九、双方支持联合国在维护世界和平、促进共同发展和推动国际合作方面发挥核心作用，支持联合国包括安理会通过必要、合理改革，提高应对各种威胁和挑战的能力，更好地履行《联合国宪章》赋予的职责。安理会改革应优先增加广大发展中国家的代表性和发言权，让中、小国家有更多机会参与安理会决策。双方认为，联合国会员国应就安理会改革寻求“一揽子”解决方案，并达成最广泛一致。
19. The two sides supported the United Nations (UN) in playing a central role in maintaining world peace, promoting common development and pushing forward international cooperation, and supported necessary and reasonable reform to the UN including its Security Council, to raise their capacity in meeting various threats and challenges and better fulfilling the responsibilities bestowed by the Charter of the United Nations. The priority of the Security Council reform should be placed on increasing the representation and say of developing countries so that small and medium-sized countries have more opportunities to participate in the decision-making. Both sides believed that UN member states should seek a package solution to the Security Council reform and reach broadest possible consensus.
二十、双方认为气候变化是人类面临的共同挑战，需要通过国际合作共同应对。双方将按照《联合国气候变化框架公约》确立的原则，特别是共同但有区别的责任原则、公平原则、各自能力原则，推动2015年巴黎气候变化大会取得积极成果，维护发展中国家共同利益。双方将加强气候变化务实合作，共同提高应对气候变化能力。
20. The two sides agreed that climate change is a common challenge confronting human-beings and requires an international response. Both sides agreed to strive for positive results at the 2015 Climate Change Conference in Paris in accordance with the principles set out in the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, especially the principles of common but differentiated responsibilities, equity and respective capabilities to safeguard the common interests of developing countries. The two sides would enhance pragmatic cooperation in climate change to improve the ability in meeting the climate challenge.
二十一、访问期间，双方签署了《中华人民共和国政府和东帝汶民主共和国政府关于互免持外交、公务护照人员签证的协定》《中华人民共和国外交部和东帝汶民主共和国外交部关于加强合作的谅解备忘录》《中华人民共和国政府和东帝汶民主共和国政府经济技术合作协定》《中华人民共和国国家旅游局和东帝汶民主共和国旅游部关于旅游交流合作意向书》及《中华人民共和国福建省和东帝汶民主共和国帝力区建立友好省区关系意向书》。
21. During the visit, the two sides signed the documents as follows: Agreement between the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste on Mutual Visa Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic and Service Passports, Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste on Strengthening Cooperation, Agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, Letter of Intent on Tourism Exchange and Cooperation between the National Tourism Administration of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Tourism of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste and Letter of Intent on the Establishment of Friendly Relationship between Fujian Province of the People’s Republic of China and Dili District of Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste.
二十二、沙纳纳总理对中国政府和人民的热情友好接待表示感谢，期待中国领导人早日访问东帝汶。
22. Prime Minister Xanana Gusmao expressed gratitude for the warm and friendly hospitality of the Chinese government and people, and looked forward to early visits to Timor-Leste by Chinese leaders.
