The internal laws that govern oral translation practice concerns the steps and the modes in realizing the transformation of one language into another. If the study of a foreign language is regarded as a process during which a person changes his/her habit of speaking a language, translation, especially oral translation, can be thought of as a means that tests and accelerates this process.
