注1:神门(HT7)上1寸。本穴与灵道(HT4)、阴郄(HT6)2穴的位置关系为:横平尺骨头根部是灵道(HT4),横平尺骨头中部是通里(HT5),横平尺骨头头部是阴郄(HT6)。

注2:豌豆骨上缘桡侧直上1寸取穴。
