上帝赋予了人类使命。我们在地球的胚胎中已经待了上百万年，度过了我们这个物种的童年。现在，正是我们应该飞向近太空，进入青春期的时候了。这样，有一天，我们将会向外太空发展，进入成熟的成年期。
分析:意译和直译+异化，
当然，在实际的翻译中，上述四种方法都得用上。这里想强调的是通顺易懂的译文，照样能保留源语文化的观念和价值观，保留原文的比喻、形象和民族、地方色彩等。
