当前，国际上一些别有用心的人，出于意识形态偏见和不可告人的政治目的，利用涉疆问题对中国无端指责。前不久，51国常驻代表致函人权理事会主席和人权高专，充分肯定中国新疆人权事业发展成就和反恐、去极端化成果。他们中的许多人都访问过新疆，目睹了事实真相。今天在座的就有近期访问中国新疆的常驻代表，稍后他们将介绍在新疆的所见所闻。
However, ideological prejudice and a hidden political agenda drive some to falsely criticize China for what is happening in Xinjiang. Not long ago, the permanent representatives of 51 countries sent a letter to the President of the Human Rights Council and the High Commissioner for Human Rights, fully recognizing Xinjiang's progress in human rights, counter-terrorism, and deradicalization. Many of them spoke from their own experience of having visited that part of China. Today, we are also joined by some PRs who have been to Xinjiang. I look forward to hearing about their impressions shortly afterwards.
我希望今天与会嘉宾能以中国新疆的成功实践为例，进一步探讨通过反恐和去极端化促进和保护人权的有益做法和经验。
