中国提出了关于世贸组织改革的基本原则，即改革应维护多边贸易体制的核心价值，也就是非歧视和开放，应保障发展中成员的发展利益，以及改革应该遵循协商一致的决策机制。我们应维护多边贸易体制的主渠道地位，应维护多边贸易体制在全球贸易自由化、便利化进程中的主渠道地位，不能够以所谓的新概念、新表述混淆并否定多边贸易体制的权威性，应优先处理危及世贸组织生存的关键问题，应将单边主义和保护主义的做法关进制度的笼子，确保世贸组织各项功能的正常运转，应解决规则的公平问题，并且回应时代的需要，应推动世贸组织规则与时俱进，能够回应二十一世纪经济现实的需要，应保证发展中成员的特殊与差别待遇，尊重成员各自的发展模式，反对一些成员否认发展模式的多样性和对不同发展模式的歧视，不赞同将发展模式问题纳入到世贸组织改革，不同意将没有事实依据的指责作为世贸组织改革的议题。
China has put forward the basic principles for reform of WTO, reform should safeguard the core values of the multilateral trading system, non-discrimination and openness; reform should safeguard the development interests of developing members andshould follow a consensus decision-making mechanism. We should maintain the main channel status of the multilateral trading system. Reform should maintain the main channel position of the multilateral trading system in the process of global trade liberalization and facilitation. It should not confuse and deny the authority of the multilateral trading system with so-called new concepts and expressions. Priority should be given to key issues that endanger the survival of the WTO. Reform should put unilateralism and protectionism in the cage of the system so as to ensure the normal functioning of WTO functions. We should solve the problem of fairness of rules and respond to the needs of the times. Reform should promote the rules of WTO to keep pace with the times and respond to the needs of the economic reality of the twenty-first century. Special and differential treatment of developing members should be guaranteed. Reform should respect the respective development models of WTO members, also opposes some members' denial of the diversity of development modes and discrimination against different development modes, disapproval of incorporating the issue of development modes into reform of WTO, and disapproval of taking unfounded accusations as the topic of reform of WTO .
中国是世界是最大的发展中国家，非洲是发展中国家最多的大陆，中国将进一步加强同非洲的协调与合作，构建更加紧密的中非命运共同体，为建立新型国际关系和人类命运共同体做出贡献。
China is the largest developing country in the world and Africa is the continent with the largest number of developing countries. China will strengthen coordination and cooperation with Africa, build a closer community with a shared future for China and Africa, and make new contribution to building a new type of international relations and a community with a share future for mankind.
