尊敬的密联邦资源发展部部长马里昂·亨利先生，
尊敬的密联邦海洋资源管理局局长尤金·潘格里南先生，
尊敬的中国综合开发研究院院长樊纲先生，
尊敬的中华太平洋岛国经济文化协会副会长李和谐先生，
尊敬的各位来宾，
女士们，先生们，
今天，由中国（深圳）综合开发研究院与中华太平洋岛国经济文化协会共同主办的“中国-太平洋岛国海洋经济合作研讨会”在波纳佩隆重举办，在此，我谨代表中国驻密联邦使馆，对研讨会的召开表示衷心的祝贺。今天，中密两国政府官员、专家学者、企业代表，围绕海洋经济合作，就中国与太平洋岛国“基础设施建设”、“交通互联互通”、“渔业可持续发展”、“旅游业发展提升”等议题，展开务实研讨，深入探索共谋发展的重要举措，具有十分重要的现实意义。在此，我想向赶来参加此次活动的所有朋友表示热烈的欢迎并衷心祝愿研讨会取得圆满成功。

Today, on behalf of the Chinese Embassy to the FSM, I would like to express my sincere congratulations to this Seminar on Marine Economic Cooperation between China and Pacific Island Countries, co-sponsored by the China (Shenzhen) Development Institute and the China Pacific Islands Economic and Cultural Association. In this event, the Chinese and FSM government officials, experts, scholars and business representatives will conduct practical discussions on issues such as infrastructure construction, transport interconnection, sustainable fisheries development and tourism development promotion between China and the Pacific island countries. They will focus on and explore the possible measures of marine economic cooperation between China and the FSM, which is of great practical significance. Thus, I would like to extend a warm welcome to all the friends who have come to attend this event and sincerely wish the seminar a complete success.
