不久前，习近平主席在中阿合作论坛第八届部长级会议开幕式上发表重要讲话，提出了许多中阿合作倡议和务实举措，必将进一步推动中索各领域友好合作，索将从这些举措中受益。今年9月，中非合作论坛峰会将在北京举行，穆罕默德总统将赴华出席会议。中索两国领导人将共同规划双边关系发展蓝图，推动各领域友好合作迈上新的台阶。
各位朋友，你们有的访问过中国，有的在中国留过学，有的与中国开展商务往来，你们了解中国、知晓中国，希望大家充分发挥作用，以一带十、十带百、百带千，宣介中国，宣介中索关系，讲好中国故事，成为传播两国友谊的民间使者，架起跨越印度洋的友好桥梁，为中索两国人民世代友好做出贡献。

Not long ago, President Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the opening ceremony of the eighth Ministerial Conference of the China Arab states Cooperation Forum, and put forward initiatives and practical measures on China-Arab States cooperation. It believe that would further promote friendly cooperation between China and Somalia, and will be benefited from the initiatives by the Somali side. In this September, the Summit of China-Africa Cooperation Forum will be held in Beijing, President Mohamed is going to attend the Summit, leaders of the two countries will jointly plan for the development of bilateral relations and push forward friendly cooperation in all fields to a new height.
Among of you, some have visited China, some have studied in China, and some have business with China, so far over 2000 Somali students have studied in China. You understand China, you are familiar with China, you are friends of China, I hope you will fully play the role through one to bring along with ten, ten to bring along with hundreds as well as thousands of people in Somalia, publicizing China, telling Chinese story well, becoming a friendly envoy, and a bridge to inherit the friendship between the two countries, to contribute to the friendship between the two peoples from generation to generation. Today the SCFA is established, it is believed that the association will effectively promote more people-people exchanges, enhance mutual friendship and give strong impetus to the development of relationship of the two countries.
