一、伊核问题全面协议"执行日"已经到来，您如何看待"执行日"到来的意义？
1. The "Implementation Day" of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) on Iranian nuclear issue has arrived, and how do you think of the significance of the "Implementation Day"?
当地时间1月16日晚，欧盟外交与安全政策高级代表莫盖里尼代表六国与伊朗外长扎里夫在维也纳发表共同声明，宣布全面协议"执行日"到来。这是国际社会2016年伊始迎来的一个积极消息，我们朝政治外交解决伊核问题又迈出坚实一步。自"执行日"起，全面协议将从准备铺垫进入落地执行的新阶段，对伊制裁开始解除。对于当前面临考验的国际核不扩散体系，"执行日"到来无疑具有示范效应；对于渴望和平与发展的伊朗人民，今天更是一个值得庆祝的日子。
On the evening of January 16 local time, High Representative Federica Mogherini of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy on behalf of the P5+1 countries issued a joint statement in Vienna with Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif of Iran to announce the arrival of the "Implementation Day" of the JCPOA. This is a positive message for the international community at the beginning of 2016. We have set a solid step toward the political and diplomatic settlement of the Iranian nuclear issue. Since the "Implementation Day", the JCPOA will enter a new stage of implementation from preparation, and the sanctions against Iran start to be removed. For the current international nuclear non-proliferation system facing ordeal, the arrival of the "Implementation Day" undoubtedly has a demonstration effect. And for the Iranian people longing for peace and development, today is a day worth celebrating.
这一成果来之不易。自去年7月达成全面协议以来，六国与伊朗为协议顺利起步执行做了大量准备工作，彰显了维护全面协议的政治意愿和坚定承诺。中方对此表示赞赏。
This fruit is hard-won. Since the JCPOA was reached in last July, the P5+1 countries and Iran have made great preparations for its successful start and implementation, highlighting the political will and firm commitment to safeguarding the JCPOA. China expresses its appreciation to this.
