(2)直接表述型
商务英语的特点之一就是简洁直接,因此在一般情况下会直接陈述所需所求,有时则首先陈述一般情况,然后以此为出发点讨论特殊情况。这种篇章模式特别适用于传递好消息和中性信息的语篇。例如下面这封自我介绍函,正文一开头就直接介绍自己,然后直接提出自己的需求和主张。

We attach a list of products we are regularly exporting and trust some of these items will be popular in your country.
