一、I'm so hot=我很热

首先，这句话从语法上来看完全没有错，但是在许多人看来，hot在形容人的时候的意思是“性感的，身材火辣的”，从而忽略了“（人）身体温度高，热”的这层意思。

当然了，说成It's so hot也是完全可以的，它表示天气很热，从而用来指代人感觉很热。

其实，在英文中，关于“天气热”的表达非常多，这里列举以下几个以供学习。

① scorching hot

先看看scorching[ˈskɔːtʃɪŋ] 一词，意思是“炎热的，炙热的”，后面接hot可以当形容词使用。

It's scorching hot today. I suggest that we should go to the natatorium in the afternoon.

② blazing hot

与scorching hot异曲同工，这里的blazing的原形是“blaze”，意思是“火焰，烈火”，所以blazing hot就不难理解啦，意思就是“炎热，酷热的天气”。
