This shows that most countries make independent policy decisions on the basis of their own interests, and most companies around the world remain committed to safeguarding a fair and just market environment.

China believes that the international community should work together to address cyber security threats through dialogue and cooperation on the basis of mutual respect, equality and mutual benefit. Frankly speaking, if left unchecked, practices to misuse security concerns to undermine market environment and obstruct international cooperation will ultimately deliver a heavier blow to economies that have more developed and advanced industries and scientific and technological level.
