女士们、先生们、朋友们：
我很高兴出席尼日利亚交通大学奠基仪式，感谢交通部阿玛奇部长的邀请。
中国是世界最大发展中国家，尼日利亚是非洲最大发展中国家，中方高度重视发展中尼战略伙伴关系。近年来，在两国领导人亲自关心和战略引领下，兄弟般的中尼关系处于历史上最好时期，给两国和两国人民带来实实在在利益。中方感谢尼方在涉及中方重大利益问题上的宝贵支持。

Distinguished Ladies and Gentlemen,
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
It is my great honor and pleasure to join you in the ground breaking ceremony of the University of Transportation in Daura, Katsina State. I thank honorable Minister Rotimi Amaechi of the Federal Ministry of Transportation for the kind invitation.
As the largest developing country in the world, China highly values its strategic partnership with Nigeria, the largest developing country in Africa.
In recent years, under the strategic guidance and personal attention of President Buhari and President Xi Jinping, the brotherly relationship between China and Nigeria has reached new heights unmatched in history, bringing tangible benefits to our two countries and two peoples. China always appreciates Nigeria's invaluable support wherever China's interest is concerned.
展望未来，我们相信中尼合作共赢将不断取得新成果，两国伙伴关系更加密切，携手构建更加紧密的命运共同体。中方秉持正确义利观和真实亲诚理念，致力与尼方落实好中非合作论坛北京峰会成果，推进共建“一带一路”，实现共同发展。中方全力支持尼日利亚自主可持续发展，早日实现尼日利亚梦想。
Moving forward, we are convinced that China and Nigeria can forge an even stronger relationship toward an even stronger community with a shared future through win-win cooperation.
Guided by the principle of upholding justice while pursuing shared interests and the principle of sincerity, real results, amity and good faith, China remains committed to working with Nigeria to implement the outcomes of the FOCAC Beijing Summit and advance the Belt and Road cooperation for common development.
We will continue to do whatever we could to support Nigeria in achieving independent, sustainable development and realizing the Nigerian dream at an early date.
布哈里总统表示，尼日利亚的独特挑战只有通过尼日利亚本土化方式才能解决。我们赞同布哈里总统的远见卓识。建设交通大学是尼日利亚联邦政府引进铁路交通技术、促进自身能力发展的实际举措之一，值得鼓励和赞赏。我们很高兴今天在此见证中土公司用行动表明自己是促进中尼友好合作的可靠桥梁。
"Nigeria's unique challenges can only be solved by made in Nigeria solutions." We cannot agree with President Buhari more on his usual insightful and incisive observation.
As part of the ongoing effort of the Federal Government of Nigeria towards the promotion and development of the local capacity through technology acquisition in the rail transport sub sector, the establishment of the University of Transportation merits applause and commendation. We are pleased to witness here today that China Civil Engineering Construction Company (CCECC) once again proves itself to be a reliable bridge of friendship and cooperation between China and Nigeria.
中土尼日利亚公司秉承“与尼日利亚共成长”理念，自1981年成立以来一直积极履行企业社会责任。相信中土尼日利亚公司将会再接再厉，在这方面做得更多更好更快。
